Individual ReGen Units: Fresh Water for Every Farm and Home

How farmers, homesteaders and coastal homeowners can deploy compact, solar-powered desalination units with zero infrastructure and start producing nutrient-rich freshwater the same day.

Individual ReGen Units: Fresh Water for Every Farm and Home

ReGen's individual-scale units are designed for the people who need fresh water most: smallholder farmers, coastal homesteaders, off-grid property owners and rural communities. Each unit is a self-contained, solar-powered desalination system that rolls off a flatbed truck, anchors to level ground and begins producing irrigation-grade freshwater within hours — no grid connection, no complex plumbing and no engineering team required.

Setup is deliberately simple. The modular silo-style housing arrives pre-assembled with integrated solar panels, membrane stack and mineralisation cartridge. A two-person team can position the unit, connect the intake hose to a seawater or brackish source, and attach the output line to a storage tank or direct-drip irrigation ring. The onboard controller auto-calibrates salinity, flow rate and mineral balance, so the first batch of calcium- and magnesium-enriched water is ready without manual tuning.

For farmers, the economics are immediate. A single unit can replace expensive tanker deliveries, diesel pumps and deepening boreholes. Because the system runs entirely on sunlight, operating costs drop to routine membrane cleaning and occasional cartridge swaps — maintenance that any farmhand can perform with a toolbox and the quick-reference guide laminated to the access panel.

Homeowners along coastal belts benefit just as directly. A compact unit on a residential lot can supply drinking water, garden irrigation and even a small greenhouse, turning a saline water burden into a resilient household asset. The quiet operation and absence of fuel or exhaust make it as suitable for a suburban boundary as for a remote beachfront property.

The real advantage is independence. Whether the goal is irrigating a few hectares of vegetables, filling a household cistern or running a small nursery, ReGen's individual units put desalination where it belongs: in the hands of the people who use the water every day.
